03 Account Management Rules

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, please notify our customer support team immediately.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

04 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

The minimum deposit amount at bdh999 is ৳500 — the same limit applies for each payment method. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be automatically voided.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bdh999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions involving foreign currency, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and any conversion fee is the responsibility of the user.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds. This means you must wager ten times the bonus amount received before a withdrawal can be made. Example: to make a ৳1,000 bonus withdrawable, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in wagers.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each eligible member may use a bonus offer once only.
• bdh999 reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend any bonus offer at any time.
• In the event of a breach of bonus terms, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

06 VIP Program

The bdh999 VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers by playing actively. bdh999 determines the specific benefits and conditions of each tier and reserves the right to change them.
